Dosage

5-15 drops per day in the morning, pure (hold 20 seconds in the mouth on the tongue) or diluted in a little water, or even better diluted in a tablespoon Dépurasève, all in bottled water ¾ L. Start with a low dose and gradually increase until the desired effect.
In cure, three weeks of daily intake, then a week off for 3 months.
In interview, unesemaine per month.

Special precautions

Complex to avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding because of the presence of redwood.

Possible association

It is always preferable to associate the Dépurasève, the latter allowing the elimination of these toxins in the body and remineralisation thereof.
